Today the carnival ended with the grand parade. The weather was not on our side these past few days. It poured just before the parade was scheduled to start scattering the crowds on the street. Despite the rain everyone still seemed to be heading in the right direction towards the parade starting point. Umbrellas and clear plastic sheets worn over costumes prevailed and people soldiered on. My grand plans to draw costumes fell into disarray. Good ole camera came to the rescue.
Φέτος μας τα χάλασε λιγάκι η βροχή. Δεν φαίνεται να πτοήθηκαν οι καρναβαλιστές. Άντε και του χρόνου με λιακάδα!
