The opening ceremony of this year's carnival was on the 17th of January. Τhere are 28 official events building up to the grand parade on the 2nd of March and countless unofficial events that take place all over town.
The town has been so thoroughly decorated that it would be hard to miss. Carnival in this place is bigger than Christmas!
